Donation Request

Worlds of Fun is proud to support the communities we serve. We strive to contribute to nonprofit organizations, schools, and community programs through in-kind ticket donations when possible. Due to the high volume of requests, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and consistent process.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for a ticket donation, organizations must:

- Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, school, or community-based group
- Serve communities within the greater Kansas City region or areas aligned with Worlds of Fun community initiatives
- Use donated tickets for:
  - Fundraising events (silent auctions, raffles, etc.)
  - Educational or enrichment programs
- Submit a complete request at least 4–6 weeks prior to the event

Donation Request Process

Submit Request

Complete the official donation request form below
Include:
- Organization name and contact information
- Proof of nonprofit status (if applicable)
- Event details (date, location, purpose)
- How the tickets will be used

Review Period

Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis
Due to volume, not all requests can be fulfilled

Notification

Approved organizations will be notified via email
If approved, instructions for receiving tickets will be provided

Donation Guidelines & Limitations

Donations are limited to 4 tickets per organization per calendar year
Requests are fulfilled based on:
- Alignment with community priorities
- Availability of donated inventory
- Timing and completeness of request
Worlds of Fun is unable to grant:
- Requests from individuals
- Requests from political or lobbying organizations
- Requests from organizations or programs whose primary purpose is to promote a particular religious faith, creed or doctrine
- Requests from organizations that discrimate on the basis of race, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, creed, military/veteran status or any other group of people protected by state or federal law
- Requests received less than 4 weeks before the event

- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval
- Donation approvals are at the discretion of Worlds of Fun
- We may prioritize:
  - Youth-focused organizations
  - Education initiatives
  - Underserved communities

Available for schools, nonprofits, businesses, and large parties
A great option when the goal is to provide an experience for a group rather than fundraising
