This summer, the spirit of red, white, and blue shines brighter than ever at Worlds of Fun! Celebrate Americana 250 is an all-out celebration lighting up the park in honor of America’s 250th. Step into Americana, where live and local bands and rising talent take the stage, brand-new characters roam the midway, and surprise moments of patriotic fun are waiting around every corner. On select Saturdays, admire chrome and classics at the Classic Car Cruise-In and savor sweet and savory favorites at the Firecracker Food Festival with limited time food offerings inside River City Grill and the return of Chef’s Plate!

When the sun goes down, the party turns all the way up with a nighttime dance party! And, every Saturday night plus Friday July 3, join us for Star Spangled Nights, a spectacular fireworks show that will paint the sky in brilliant celebration.
